Another resource that Savola is contemplating is an Advocates Program. At least tow advocates being selected for each business unit. Their responsibilities would include being a local resource for employees who may be unsure of the best way to resolve difficult questions or situations. They would also be responsible for promoting Savola’s Ethics Principles and Values Frameworks within their business unit. We do not foresee that this would be a full-time assignment; rather their ethics and values tasks would be in addition to their current responsibilities.
For the facilitator they will be responsble for conducting training program introducing the Savola Ethics and Values to other colleagues in their business unit. Facilitators and Advocates will be the immediate resources for business unit to secure the necessary needs of business unit in terms of training and reinforcing as well as promoting the ethics in their division.
