Savola Bridge for Ethics and values training


Description:
The Savola Bridge for Ethics and values training has been created to share the group’s ethics and values with other public and private organizations. Based on CSR’s main value of sharing with others what you like for yourself and the experience in implementing the groups own ethics and values, the group believes that this will make the working environment for others become more productive and satisfying to all stakeholders involved in the program.
Objectives:
  • To help other organizations implement their own ethics and values programs.
  • To share the benefits and learnings from implementing the groups own ethics and values program.
  • To help public and private organizations to have more productive and healthy working environments.
  • To honor the Group's corporate social responsibility initiatives
    Methodology:
    The Savola Group will establish contacts with public and private organizations and propose to give a presentation to familiarize the organization with the group’s intention and objectives. Upon acceptance the group will provide the guidance and supervision in implementing the organizations own ethics and values program. The group will provide the necessary training to responsible personnel inside the organization who will act as trainers to the rest of the organization. The group will conduct a survey to determine the programs level of effectiveness and ways to improve its implementation strategy.
    Partnership:
    The partnership will be between The Savola Group and the government & private organizations that are willing to create better working environment within their own organizations.

  • The number of participating organizations
  • The number of organizations implemented their own ethics and values program as a result of the group’s initiative.

    Timeframe:
    The overall bridge will be evaluated in the first six months to determine level of cooperation and acceptance. Based on the evaluations outcome a yearly plan will be established and evaluated annually.
