Savola Bridge for National Employment


Description:
The Savola Group’s Bridge for National Employment puts the Group in the driver's seat to encourage, support, and facilitate national employment. Using its business partners, customers, suppliers, and vendors, Savola will assist young and medium size companies to train and integrate more Saudi nationals into their workforce all under the SINE initiative.
Objectives:
  • To support the Government with an initiative to create jobs for Saudi nationals
  • To position The Savola Group as an active partner in Saudization and job creation
  • To build stronger relations with business partners, customers, suppliers, and vendors
  • To honor the Group's corporate social responsibility initiatives
    Methodology:
    The Savola Group will link up with the National Project for Training & Employment, part of the Governate of Makkah. Savola will offer its services in the following areas in order to kick off the SINE initiative

  • SINE Workshop (involving all participating companies)

  • Monitor the development of the program

    Timeframe:
    In order to properly evaluate the results of the SINE initiative a five-year plan is recommended.
  • A pilot program for six months in Jeddah will be initiated.
  • A second phase of the project is then implemented to cover a one year period with a wider geographical scope (i.e. Riyadh, Dammam, others)
  • A yearly evaluation is undertaken to assess the results and evaluate the success of the project
