Description:
The Savola Bridge for Training New Graduates has been created to train young high school, or university graduates on new professional skills not taught during their academic years. Such as, time management, leadership, managing people, writing business reports, and others. This will help them to become more skilled and competitive when starting their careers as employees.
Objectives:
To provide training support to young Saudi graduates.
To help young Saudi graduates become more competitive when seeking jobs.
To help young Saudi graduates overcome the initial challenges faced when they start their professional careers.
To help meet the high expectations of public and private sectors of young Saudi employees.
To help young Saudi graduates become more attractive to hire by the private sector.
To honor the Group's corporate social responsibility initiatives
Methodology:
The Savola Group will initiate contact with Government organizations working on Saudization programs, Employment agencies, universities, colleges, and other educational institutions to create awareness of the Savola group initiative. A form will be distributed through these channels to be filled by the interested people from the targeted segment. Personal contacts will be established with the interested group to further explain the program and its objectives and agree on the training plan. Furthermore, the Savola group will liaison with different centers in case the group is not able to provide the trainings in-house.
Partnership:
The partnership will be between The Savola Group and the government & private Saudization and educational institutions. In addition training centers who are willing to support this initiative at no cost.

The overall program will be evaluated every six months to assure its effectiveness and meeting the set objectives. Each training course will be given in a fixed time frame on regular bases throughout the year.
