        Key achievements:
    • Led the Group to be one of the most successful groups in the "MENA" region with a new strategy to engage the Group into new Businesses through 2010 objectives:
      • 20 SR BLN turnover
      • 10% of turnover profit by the year 2010
      As a result of this revised strategy, the Group invested 500 SRMN in the Fertilizer Business in Egypt. This investment gave back 100 SRMN net profit in the first year and 120 SRMN net profit in the second year and a capital gain of 700 SRMN when the Group divested its holding in the company within two years only
    • Increased Group turnover to 9.1 SRBLN and a record profit of 1.2SR BLN and increased operating profit by 55%
    • Separated Retail business into two divisions: Retail division and Real estates division
        Other achievements:
    • Led the Retail division to become the dominant business with 50 supermarkets and 8 hypermarkets and contributing to the Group profit in spite of this aggressive expansion strategy
    • Divested 70% of the real estates division to a group of strategic investors achieving around 400 SR MLN of capital gain
  • President of Savola Edible Oils Company, And leader of key growth projects for the Savola Group - June 2004
        Key achievements:
    • Built one of the largest and most successful edible oil company in the World
    • Contributed considerably with 3SR BLN, 120 SR MN profit, To the group"555" Success (5 Billion Revenues, 500 MN profit by 2005) with 7 local Companies through a number of JV, acquisition and green field projects
    • Built the best team in the in the Group
  • Senior Executive Vice President of the Savola Group In charge of Edible Oils Company - 1991 - 1996
        Key achievements:
    • Formed SEO as a Limited Liability Company with Partners of Local Traders
    • Enabled SEO to become the First Food Company in M.E. to be awarded ISO 9002 Certification by BSI
    • Enabled SEO to become the First Food Company in M. E. to meet MRPII standards By Oliver Wight
    • Completed a successful JV with Sime Darby ( a well known Malaysian group ) bringing more then 100 SRMLN in capital gain
    • Completed Savola Sime Egypt Company IPO bringing in more than 96 SRMN in capital gain

        Key achievements:
    • Played a key role in setting up a fully integrated Management Development Center (MDC)
    • Initiated and devised a Job Performance Appraisal scheme based on a Performance Related Pay system
    • Handled the Savola public flotation designed to raise SR 180 Million by far the most popular and the biggest oversubscription in Saudi Arabia in its time
